Deposits are to be used for commissioned items. After we have discussed your commissioned item, a quote price will be given. The final price may be slightly above or under the quote as material costs won't always be the same - especially sterling silver. I do try to over estimate a little on the quote, so clients won't be disappointed if the final price ends up over the original quote.
A deposit of 50% will be payable when ordering a commissioned item. This will then be deducted from the total cost when the item has been been crafted and ready for dispatch. The deposit is non-refundable once the order has been placed.
I can not begin crafting your commissioned item until the deposit has been paid & cleared.
