Delivery Times
I aim to dispatch items via Royal Mail first class service within 3 working days of payment received. There are a couple of exceptions to this rule which I have outlined below.
When your item has been posted, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch with a tracking number if signed for or special delivery was used. Please retain this tracking number until your parcel arrives. The link below (click the icon) will take you straight to the Royal Mail Track & Trace page

Next day delivery service is NOT available for anything that needs to be custom made for you; the rice vials, for example. These take longer than a day to make and then the sealant used takes 24 hours to fully cure

Postage Calculations
The postage rules for this website are set to weight and size. High value items (anything over £20.00) is sent via special service - track, sign and insured

Local Collection
My insurance policy does not allow for local collection

Posting outside the UK
If your country is not on the postage list at the checkout, please send me a message so I can alter it and advise you on the shipping costs. Some countries aren't on the list as their customs rules do not allow precious metal items to enter their system. I am happy to check this for you before your purchase, or alternatively you can check on the following link www.royalmail.com/australia
(delete australia and instead type in the name of your country)
Postage outside of the UK needs between 7 to 25 working days. Please be aware that you are responsible for any taxes and import duties
